Does the Collingwood smart system work without an internet connection?
If the Wi-Fi network is available the app will be able to connect to the hub directly, and you will be able to control the lights. Any Bridges that have been wired to retractive switches will still provide full control from the switch even with complete loss of the Wi-Fi.
