Inovara Group completes acquisition of lighting specialist IBL
Inovara Group (‘Inovara’), a pan-European group of design-led, technical lighting brands, has completed the acquisition of IBL Lighting Limited (‘IBL’), a UK headquartered international innovator in LED engine design and advanced architectural lighting technologies.
This acquisition marks a major step forward in Inovara’s growth strategy, bringing together its European brand portfolio with IBL’s deep engineering expertise and extensive international sales channels. IBL’s strong presence across the Middle East and Asia further enhances the group’s reach, while Inovara’s established distribution and customer networks throughout Europe provide a complementary foundation for accelerated global expansion.
Founded in 1986, IBL is recognised for its high-performance products and engineering excellence, supplying major international projects including Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, The Peninsula London, and the National Museum of Qatar. With a team of around 50 employees across the UK and China, IBL significantly strengthens the technical and innovation capabilities within the Inovara Group.
